The official shows of the cattle registered in the Herd Book represent the most spectacular part of selection activities. There are moments of great expectation and they are experienced with great enthusiasm and competitive spirit. These shows entail a great deal of commitment on the part of breeders, who must carefully choose which animals to show, prepare them in the best way possible. In the ring, the judge will evaluate the traits and assets of the competing cattle and obviously, the higher the level of professionalism of the breeders, the more evident these aspects will be.
